Cun Tao is the name for the first two phases of training. It means self defense. Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, balance, awareness and reaction time, while building physical skills including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, falling safely, and basic sweeps, flips and throws.
3rd Phase is the next level of training. At this level classes focus on advanced movement, forms, meditation and beginning fighting. You will increase your awareness, heighten and learn to trust your intuition, and accelerate your physical training. For every aspect of fighting there is an equal and as powerful aspect of healing.
